As a dad in your 40s, entangled in a whirlwind of parties, family obligations, and the chaos of life, finding a way to simplify and make those New Year resolutions achievable is crucial.

As the year draws to a close, we're met with parties, gatherings, and a feast of food and drinks. The New Year, undoubtedly my favorite part of the holidays, symbolizes renewal and a fresh start.
