One of my biggest fears was to be burdened with a “Dad Bod”.

This realization drove me to the internet in search of workout plans and ideas targeted to men around 40. Most of what I found was for younger men and nearly all of them required extensive equipment or a gym membership.

A year later and I can confidently tell you that you can have a great workout at home with a few dumbbells and be done within an hour. This minimal commitment will help in preventing the dreaded “Dad Bod”.
